Even-Keel Totes Rental Terms Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your rental. Rental periods are based on the dates selected at booking. If you need additional time, please contact Even-Keel Totes before your scheduled return date. Extensions are subject to availability and additional rental charges. Customers are responsible for the totes and any rented accessories from the time they are received until they are returned to Even-Keel Totes. Normal wear and tear is expected. Charges may apply for totes or accessories that are lost, stolen, missing, or damaged beyond normal use. Please return totes reasonably clean and free of trash, food, hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, excessive dirt, or other substances that may cause damage or require extraordinary cleaning. Delivery and pickup must occur at the agreed location and scheduled time or time window. Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access for delivery and pickup. Customers should verify the number of totes and accessories received at the beginning of the rental and notify Even-Keel Totes promptly of any discrepancy. Totes may not be altered, permanently marked, drilled, painted, cut, or used for hazardous or unlawful materials. By completing a reservation, the customer agrees to these rental terms and accepts responsibility for the rented equipment during the rental period.
