Choose fulfillment methods
Enable delivery, customer pickup, or both. Customer-facing labels and instructions should explain where handoff occurs and what the customer must do.
- Enable supported methods
Offer only methods your operation can consistently fulfill.
- Add time windows
Enter one window per line as Label|HH:MM|HH:MM, using 24-hour times.
- Save and test
Open the public website and verify the correct choices appear for both delivery and return.
Schedule behavior
Delivery and pickup choices produce fulfillment markers on Scheduling. For customer pickup workflows, the return side is represented as a customer-return milestone rather than an operator pickup.
