Start checkout, open the billing portal, and understand subscription state independently from customer payments.
Subscription actions
Paid-plan checkout and billing management use Stripe-hosted flows. Platform Plan shows the billing subscription and current effective access. Customer Payments is a separate Stripe Connect relationship.
- Choose a plan
Review current prices, features, and location limits.
- Complete hosted checkout
Verify the plan and amount on Stripe before payment.
- Use Manage Billing for later changes
Payment method, invoice, and cancellation controls are provided through the supported billing portal when available.
- Return and confirm status
Check the subscription and effective access shown in ToteRentalSuite.
Cancellation and refunds
Follow the cancellation and refund controls and the current Refund Policy. Do not assume disconnecting a customer payment account changes the ToteRentalSuite subscription.
