Manage booking add-ons and their display order
Offer optional booking extras and control the order in which they appear.
What Display Order controls
Display Order applies to booking add-ons and optional extras only. A lower numeric value appears earlier in the operator Add-ons & Extras list and in the customer booking options. If two add-ons have the same value, ToteRentalSuite sorts them by ascending add-on ID.
This field does not reorder rental packages. Manage rental packages separately under Pricing & Packages > Packages; Website Content can select a featured package.
Booking add-ons are pricing options and are not tracked as rental inventory. Changing an add-on does not rewrite the saved add-on details on existing bookings.
Change the order
- Open Add-ons & Extras
Use the operator navigation to open Add-ons & Extras.
- Set Display Order
Enter a non-negative number for each add-on. Smaller values appear first.
- Save the add-on
Save the updated add-on and review the customer booking options.
