Build packages, durations, and the pricing matrix
Create what customers rent, how long they can rent it, and the exact price for each combination.
Configure in dependency order
Packages are the customer-facing offers, rental durations define valid day counts, and the matrix assigns a price to every package-duration combination. A blank or missing combination can prevent a customer from selecting it.
- Create packages
Add a clear name, description, quantity included, owned capacity, deposit, display order, and visibility.
- Create durations
Add labels such as 1 Week and the exact number of days. Keep labels unambiguous.
- Complete the matrix
Enter and save the price for every package-duration combination you intend to sell.
- Review the public site
Confirm visible packages, duration labels, prices, and featured-package presentation.
Visibility choices
Public packages appear on customer booking surfaces. Admin-only packages can be used by operators without public display. Hidden packages are removed from normal selection. Changing visibility does not rewrite existing reservations.
