Search individual QR assets and filter by their current operating status.
Individual asset records
The asset register tracks a unique QR code, package association, status, booking or location context, and recent scan activity. Use search and status filters during audits or exception handling.
Capacity versus assets
Shared tote capacity is a pooled availability model; the asset register is an item-level operating record. Keep both accurate. A large shared quantity does not repair assets marked missing or damaged, and item scans do not automatically rewrite your configured capacity policy.
