Review individual QR assets and filter by their current operating status.
Individual asset records
The asset register tracks a unique QR code, package association, status, booking or location context, and recent scan activity. Use the status filters during audits or exception handling.
Capacity versus assets
Shared tote capacity is a pooled availability model; the asset register is an item-level operating record. Keep both accurate. A large shared quantity does not repair assets marked missing or damaged, and item scans do not automatically rewrite your configured capacity policy.
