A custom domain is not active
Use the saved domain’s exact DNS instructions and distinguish pending from review-requested state.
Resolution checklist
- Confirm the saved domain
Spelling and www/root choice must match the domain you actually control.
- Copy the current DNS target
Use the exact CNAME or forwarding guidance shown after saving.
- Remove conflicting records
At your DNS provider, check for old records on the same host. Do this only if you understand their current purpose.
- Allow propagation, then request review
Pending means saved but not activated. Review requested means you have notified ToteRentalSuite to verify it.
- Test active HTTPS
Once active, open the domain and the booking form on desktop and mobile.
Do not guess deployment targets
DNS targets can differ by deployment. The Domains & Preview screen is authoritative; example screenshots and third-party tutorials are not.
