A package shows unavailable
Trace pricing, dates, held reservations, shared capacity, buffers, and unavailable assets.
Check in this order
- Confirm public configuration
The package must be Public and the selected duration needs a saved matrix price.
- Verify the date range
Pickup must follow delivery and match any selected duration.
- Review shared capacity and buffer
The requested quantity must fit beneath owned capacity after the safety buffer.
- Review overlapping reservations
Confirmed and delivered reservations commit inventory; pending may also commit it.
- Review asset exceptions
Picked up, cleaning, maintenance, missing, damaged, and retired assets reduce usable inventory.
Do not bypass the signal
Fix stale statuses, dates, or capacity records based on evidence. Inflating configured inventory to force a request through creates future double-booking risk.
