Stripe or online payments are not ready
Distinguish platform configuration, disconnected, onboarding, restricted, and ready states.
Read the status shown
- Platform unavailable — ToteRentalSuite’s Stripe Connect configuration is not ready for the environment. An operator cannot fix platform credentials.
- Disconnected — Start Connect with Stripe.
- Onboarding — Continue the Stripe-hosted information flow.
- Restricted — Open or continue Stripe requirements, then refresh status.
- Ready — The synchronized account can accept customer payments; online payment settings can be enabled.
Security
Use only the Connect with Stripe action generated by the signed-in ToteRentalSuite workspace. Support does not need your password, full bank details, identity documents, or raw card data.
