- Confirm effective plan access
Website and widget begin on Growth. Check the effective plan shown in the workspace.
- Check both Publishing switches
Website and Widget are independent. Enable and save the surface you are testing.
- Use the generated link
Full websites use the booking slug; widgets use the widget key. Do not interchange them.
- Try a private window
This separates a public rendering issue from an authenticated session or stale browser state.
If the page loads but cannot book
Check public package visibility, pricing matrix completeness, supported fulfillment, dates, and inventory availability. A published shell can still have no selectable offer.
